The Dutch Supreme
Court upheld a Hague Court of Appeal ruling from last year that found the
arbitrators did not exceed their jurisdiction by compensating Chevron for
delays in the Ecuadorean court system. An UNCITRAL tribunal at the PCA Hague
issued US$96 million award in favour of US oil company Chevron
against Ecuador in
