the CRCICA,
Out of
total number of known treaty-based cases by end of 2012 (514), the majority was
brought under the ICSID (314) and UNCITRAL (131) Rules. Other venues include
SCC (27) and ICC (8)
2011:
The
total number of known treaty-based cases reached 450, majority accruing under
ICSID (279) and UNCITRAL (126). Other
venues used: SCC (21), ICC (7), CRCICA (1), LCIA (1)
